During the Garangao evening, Vodafone distributed hand-made gifts to over 2,500 visitors.

The Ramadan in Aspire 2015 festival, organised in partnership with Vodafone, has concluded on a  positive note with more than 40,000 visitors enjoying plenty of fun and exciting events with family and friends.
The festival provided entertainment for people of all ages in Qatar with its Ramadan “Freej Aspire” and its Garangao celebrations as well as the Ramadan Sports Festival, Dome Walking Competition and other activities.

Vodafone Qatar welcomed visitors and guests at its pavilion at Freej where Vodafone’s Al Johara team talked to them about how Vodafone is enabling Qatar’s population to connect confidently at all times with a suite of unmatched products and services such as Vodafone Red Qatari and other Ramadan offers. Young visitors were also greeted with face painting and games and others had the chance to enjoy Henna art.
During the Garangao evening, Vodafone showcased robots in collaboration with The Little Engineer and distributed traditional, handmade gifts to over 2,500 visitors.
Additionally, Vodafone gave away plenty of prizes to those who participated in Aspire Zone’s online competition during the festival.
Alongside the Freej Aspire, other new additions this year were featured in the Ramadan Sports Festival, which involved more than 1,300 participants. These included the Aspire Embassies and Banks tournaments. Other events included the Dome Walking Competition, an indoor walking competition to encourage people to adopt brisk walking exercise along the corridors of the dome.
Aspire Zone proved to be one of the most popular destinations for the local community of all ages and nationalities during the holy month.
