Samsung Electronics Company, a leading global home appliance innovator, has unveiled its premium WA6700 washing machine range at a retailer conference in Qatar.
The latest top-load washing machine simplifies pre-treatment and pre-wash with its revolutionary Activ dual wash feature.
“The new WA6700 washing machine range, optimised to meet the needs and requirements of consumers in the region, brings ease and comfort to every GCC household,” said Mohamed Gharaibeh, general manager of Digital Appliances at Samsung Gulf Electronics.

K V Gopal, general manager at Techno Blue, described the WA6700 washing machine as “an innovative product which addresses consumers’ needs in the most effective way.”
Samsung has equipped its new machine with Activ DualWash, a water jet and gentle scrubbing surface built right into the machine. Users can pre-treat tough stains, such as heavily soiled sports uniforms or hand wash items like delicate sweaters, and easily pour the water right into the machine.
The WA6700 is also the first Samsung Top loader with Magic Dispenser technology, a powerful water vortex that instantly dissolves detergent inside the dispenser and spreads it evenly onto the laundry. The result is less residue on clothes and no mess in the detergent compartment.
The Wobble technology pulsates to prevent clothes from tangling, while creating a powerful vertical motion that keeps clothes outstandingly clean, as the Magic Filter captures lint and particles that conventional washers leave on clothes.
In line with Samsung’s home appliances, the WA6700 comes with an intuitive interface and is easy to use and operate. The Slanted Control Panel sits at the back of the machine, so that users never have to lean over a bulky control panel to load their clothes and they can always rest assured that the LED screen is safe from water splashes. The panel includes clearly defined cycles and programmable options as well.
The WA6700 is available in stainless steel finish with different capacities at major retailers across Qatar, ranging from QR1,599 to QR2,699.
