Ooredoo has announced the availability of the new Microsoft Lumia 435 device in select Ooredoo shops. In this connection, Ooredoo has also announced that all customers who return their old devices will receivea discount on the new device as well as free data cards.
Any customer who returns an old device and buys the new Lumia 435 will get a QR70 discount as well as two 1GB data cards to connect users to the Ooredoo network on their new phone.
To be eligible for the offer, returned phones should be in working condition and customers should trade their phone before July 25.
As a demonstration of Ooredoo’s strong relationship with Microsoft in Qatar, the Lumia 435 will be exclusive for Ooredoo customers across the GCC during the promotional period, according to a statement.
The Lumia 435 is set to see high demand across the region, and to ensure their customers can purchase the device without waiting for further stock delivery dates, Ooredoo has secured a high amount of devices.
Ooredoo is an official partner of Microsoft phones in Qatar and the connection between the two companies means that customers can enjoy the latest devices as well as guaranteed authorised products, the statement adds.
The Microsoft Lumia 435 has a 4.0 inch display, 8GB internal memory and supports up to 1GB of RAM. For snap-happy customers, the phone offers a 2MP camera, Dual-core 1.2 GHz processor and the Microsoft Windows Phone 8.1 operating system.

This is the first in a surge of device launches for Ooredoo in 2015, as the operator continues to expand its portfolio and ensures that “bigger, faster and better technologies” are available for its customers, thestatement further notes.
