QNB has felicitated seven employees who have graduated under the Qatar Leadership Centre’s (QLC) National Leaders Programme.
A ceremony was held at the QNB head office in recognition of the employees’ commitment to enhancing their leadership skills and developing their personal and professional abilities.
The graduates were enrolled in one of three National Leaders Programmes offered by QLC - Rising Leaders Programme, Executive Leaders Programme and Government Leaders Programme.
These programmes, offered to qualified Qatari professionals who work in managerial and executive positions, are designed in partnership with world-class universities and institutions.
QLC was developed to promote national advancement toward the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030 and beyond, which aligns with QNB Group’s vision that aims at supporting human capital development, according to a statement.
QNB is committed to providing its employees with learning opportunities to develop their skills and help them excel in their career, elevating professionalism and cementing itself as a major contributor to the Qatari and international workforce across its global network of operations, the statement adds.
