The Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC) has closed for a month a shop selling men's clothes in Doha's Al Sadd area after inspectors spotted some 1,158 pieces of counterfeit products.
The shop’s name will be posted on the MEC website alongside the violation.
The information will also be published in two local dailies at the expense of the shop.
