Oman, Moldova
HE the Minister of Education and Higher Education Dr Mohamed Abdul Wahed Ali al-Hammadi yesterday met Oman’s Ambassador to Doha Mohamed bin Nasser al-Wahaibi.
They discussed issues of mutual interest.
The minister also met Moldovan Ambassador to Qatar Valeiu Tihonov and discussed with him aspects of co-operation and means of enhancing and developing them, particularly in the education sector.

President of the Comoros Dr Ikililou Dhoinine opened Moheli island’s main conference hall, the construction of which was financed by Qatar, in the presence of Qatar’s Ambassador Mubarak bin Abdul Rahman al-Nasr. During the opening ceremony, President Dhoinine extended his thanks.
Female dental
unit to be closed
for five days
Primary Health Care Corporation has announced that the female dental unit at Airport Health Centre will be closed from March 22 to 26. The closure is on account of the installation of a new dental unit at the heath centre, it was explained in a statement.
