Qatar condemns arson at mosque and church

Qatar has strongly condemned the two incidents in which a West Bank mosque in Bethlehem and a Greek Orthodox church building in occupied Jerusalem were burnt down. In a statement issued yesterday, the Foreign Ministry “stressed that such criminal acts contradict with all human principles and divine laws, and constitute a serious violation of all international norms and laws”, the official Qatar News Agency (QNA) said. The Ministry considered that the burning of Muslim and Christian holy sites by Israeli settlers is an indication of hatred and intolerance.
