HE the Minister of Transport Jassim Seif al-Sulaiti and his Guinean counterpart Aliou Diallo, yesterday signed an aviation agreement. The agreement gives the national carriers of the two countries the right to operate an unlimited number of passenger and cargo flights. After signing the agreement, the two ministers discussed means of enhancing co-operation in transport and communications.
