HE the Minister of Administrative Development, Dr Issa Saad al-Jaffali al-Nuaimi yesterday launched the ministry’s website (www.ad.gov.qa).
The website provides a description of the ministry’s role and competences and offers multiple online services, including e-recruitment for creating job opportunities for Qatari job seekers, electronic registration services for government employees in training programmes organised by the ministry, as well as Mawarid system which facilitates and simplifies human resources management processes.
The site includes three forums of which the first is: human resources managers in government bodies which aims to connect and support the partnership between them and enable them show the experiences and practices of excellence in their field, to provide remarks and proposals on the enforcement of the human resources management law and the guide of job description, classification and arrangement in a way that contributes to the exchange of experiences between concerned persons in this area.
