HE the Minister of Energy and Industry Dr Mohamed bin Saleh al-Sada holding talks with Japanese parliament member and former defence minister Yuriko Koike in Doha yesterday. Talks dealt with aspects of co-operation between the Qatar and Japan and matters of mutual concern.
