Jumbo Electronics has introduced in Qatar two new products from Harman International Industries. They are the redesigned JBL Charge 2 speaker system and Harman Kardon Esquire Mini speaker and conferencing system.
The portable products, with wireless capabilities, are available at Harman House, Jumbo Electronics, all major electronic stores and hypermarkets, at QR699 each.
“JBL Charge 2 is a compact stereo speaker system with room-filling sound and a battery with capacity enough to power your whole lifestyle,” it was explained in a statement.
Social Mode lets up to three people take turns streaming the music from their mobile phone, tablet, or laptop play-lists. With AUX-in and Bluetooth wireless streaming, JBL Charge 2 accepts virtually any sound source.
Dual drivers and twin passive bass radiators deliver a powerful sound experience with big bass and a 75Hz to 20kHz punch. The 6000 mAh lithium-ion polymer battery keeps the music going for 12 hours, with power to spare for charging phones, tablets, and other devices through its USB port.
“We redesigned our JBL Charge 2 portable speaker system from the ground up to make a perfect speaker system even better,” said Michael Mauser, president, Lifestyle Division, Harman.
JBL Charge 2 could also be used as a hands-free conference speakerphone. ATI SoundClear echo cancellation speakerphone technology and the built-in MWM conferencing microphone ensure low-noise, crystal-clear phone conversations. JBL Charge 2, with backlit controls is priced at QR699.
“The Harman Kardon Esquire Mini provides exceptional sound from its dual, high-performance drivers and enhanced bass port design – for the best quality sound in its category,” according to the statement. The product has a real leather backing and brushed aluminium finish, imparting a touch of class.
The device is Bluetooth-enabled for full stereo streaming. It doubles as a conference phone system with dual-microphone and built-in echo- and noise-cancellation for superb sound and crystal-clear conference calling.
Harman Kardon Esquire Mini’s built in rechargeable battery provides eight hours of playtime and enough battery power to charge other mobile devices on the go with the USB port.
“We have given head-turning good looks to the slimmest wireless speaker and conferencing system in the world,” added Mauser.
