Al Madaen Group has announced the opening of its first five-star hotel in Qatar, the QR450mn Warwick Doha Hotel, which features 164 rooms and suites.
Located in Al Sadd area, the new hotel provides easy accessibility to the city’s business, shopping, medical and sport hubs, the downtown area, and the Hamad
International Airport.
“By the end of 2017, Warwick Doha Hotel’s capacity will reach 249 rooms and suites after the completion of its second phase,” said Ehab Selim, general manager,
Al Madaen Group.
Warwick Doha Hotel is the eighth property in the Mena region to join the Warwick International Hotels (WIH) collection under management contract. WIH have more than 55 hotels
worldwide.
“The project is a perfect translation of our ambitious vision to contribute in Qatar’s hotel and tourism industry,” Selim added.
Jamal Serhan, vice president of WIH, observed that Qatar, which attracts investments from all over the world, is a promising market for
hospitality.
“We chose Doha since Qatar has recently become a main attraction for tourists from all over the globe,” maintained Sebastian Sause, regional director of Development and Projects.

The luxurious design features golden hued interiors, lavishly decorated guestrooms and state of the art facilities for businessmen and families. The hotel has three
restaurants and a spa.
The specially designed roof top includes an outdoor swimming pool, live cooking, and BBQ Mediterranean
cuisine.
A fine-dining Italian restaurant and L’Auberge that serves international cuisine are the other restaurants.
