Thundershowers, accompanied by strong winds, have been forecast before 6pm tomorrow, the Met Office said today. Earlier, scattered rains were forecast Monday and Tuesday in many places in Qatar.
While the atmosphere is expected to remain mostly cloudy inshore, with chances of rains at times, there will be scattered rains, backed by thunders on the offshore areas.
The winds offshore would be in the region of eight to 25 knots while it could vary anywhere between 15 and 20 knots on the inshore areas.
Though the overall visibility will be between four and eight km, chances are that it could be three km or less in many places.
The forecast is that the sea would rise to seven to eight feet at times and fishermen have been advised caution. The minimum and maximum temperatures would vary between 23 and 31C.
