HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani has received a written message from Djibouti President Ismail Omar Guelleh pertaining to bilateral relations and issues of common interest. The message was handed over by Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation of Djibouti, Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, when the Emir received him at the Emiri Diwan office yesterday.
