HE the Minister of Economy and Commerce Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohamed al-Thani and Latvia Foreign Minister Edgar Rinkevich have signed an agreement for the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income. The agreement was signed on the sidelines of 69th session of the General Assembly of the United Nations in New York. The agreement aims at strengthening economic, trade and investment relations between Qatar and Latvia.
