Greetings to Saudi
HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani and HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani sent yesterday cables of congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz al-Saud of Saudi Arabia on the kingdom’s National Day.
Talks with envoy
HE the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs Dr Abdullah Saleh Mubarak al-Khulaifi met in Doha yesterday with Iranian Ambassador to Qatar Mohamed Javad Asayesh. During the meeting they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to develop them in addition to issues of common interest. Asayesh handed over an invitation to al-Khulaifi from his Iranian counterpart to visit Tehran.
