Organisers of Project Qatar announced that the 12th edition of the annual construction and building materials exhibition will be held on May 4-7, 2015 at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC).
Rawad Sleem, project manager of Project Qatar, said the exhibition is setting new developments in terms of increasing the proportion of its portfolio and noted that the show positioned itself as the regional one-stop-shop for the construction industry.
Sleem said the exhibition will gather local, regional, and international companies that represent a cutting-edge set of exhibitors showcasing their latest products and services.
Organised by IFP Qatar, Project Qatar 2015 has expanded its portfolio by providing thousands of professional visitors, industry buyers, and decision makers from around the world with the opportunity to network with leading manufacturers and suppliers in various sectors.
These sectors include construction and building materials, lighting, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, power, heavy machinery, stone, woodwork, waste management and recycling, metal manufacturing, aluminum manufacturing and processing, glass and glazing products and technologies, facilities management, concrete and masonry products, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
“Another major addition complementing the development of its exhibit portfolio is the expansion of the ‘Project Qatar Business Intelligence Series.’ As education remains a priority, the Project Qatar team will introduce six specialised conferences where visitors will have the opportunity to learn through special seminars and short courses, unlocking new possibilities,” Sleem said.
The 12th edition of Project Qatar, Sleem added, will be held concurrently with two specialised events: The 4th International Stone and Stone Technology Show or “Qatar StoneTech 2015” and the 12th International Exhibition for Heavy Machinery or “Heavy Max 2015.”
Aside from the “Project Qatar Business Intelligence Series,” visitors will have the opportunity to participate in events such as Future Interiors Qatar, Future Landscape and Public Realm Qatar, Future Drainage Networks Qatar, AcousticsTech Qatar, InsulationTech Qatar, and LightingTech Qatar.
