HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani starts today an official visit to the Germany that will begin in Berlin and followed by Munich. During the three-day visit, the Emir will hold meetings with President Joachim Gauck, Chancellor Angela Merkel and a number of senior officials for talks on enhancing bilateral relations and ways to develop them as well as reviewing issues of mutual interest. A high-level official delegation will accompany the Emir during the visit.
