For the second time in less than three weeks, a fire broke out at the former headquarters of the General Directorate of Civil Defence in Wadi Al Sail yesterday. The fire was sighted around 9.30am
on the roof of the building, which is being reconstructed as part of the ‘Fire Station: Artists in Residence’ programme. Thick black smoke could be seen from far-off places. Civil Defence personnel
