Loyola International School Doha (LISD), a new Indian school approved by the Supreme Education Council (SEC), has started orientation for all parents whose children have taken admission till date.

The school is all set to start the academic year from September. Its campus, spread over 5,000sq m, is located on Al Andalus Street in Al Sadd (Fereej al Nasr).

With a special focus on the quality of educational facilities available on the premises, a balanced approach by all its staff members between academics and activities, a green campus with outdoor play areas, Loyola International School is making all efforts to ensure that children’s development is based on three main aspects: mind, body and soul, according to a statement issued yesterday.

Reacting to the response received by the school, a senior official said: “We are very thankful to all the parents and their children, who have visited the school campus till date for admissions or enquiries.

“We are extremely thrilled to bring the Loyola Authentic Magical Programme, an innovative development programme that will be used by the staff and teachers of LISD to continuously monitor the performance of every child and provide ongoing reports to the parents.”

LISD is establishing an online Campus Management System, which will be utilised for communication between the school and parents about the various aspects of their children’s progress and attendance. Parents can also use this system to place any special requests before the teachers and management of LISD.

On behalf of Loyola, the official expressed sincere gratitude to the SEC authorities for timely advice and permissions, as well as all the parents who have trusted the school and confirmed their children’s admissions for the upcoming term, assuring them of the school’s commitment to the continuous enhancement of academic and non-academic facilities.
