Vodafone Qatar will extend its Prepaid and Postpaid data and calling offers, which were launched earlier in Ramadan, for the duration of Eid al-Fitr, it was announced yesterday.

All new Vodafone Postpaid customers who join during Eid al-Fitr will enjoy unlimited data for a month. Existing Postpaid customers who upgrade their plans during Ramadan can also benefit from the unlimited data offer. In addition to their exclusive Red Privileges, existing and new Vodafone Red customers will also get to enjoy free and unlimited Valet & Parking Privileges, for the duration of Eid, at major shopping malls & entertainment venues including Landmark, Lagoona Mall, Dar El Salam Mall, The Pearl-Qatar and Katara.

Vodafone Prepaid customers will continue to enjoy boosted data allowances on their weekly data packs and get 750MBs instead of 100MBs with Internet Weekly 10 by dialling *200*710#; or 1GB instead of 250MBs and 60 Vodafone minutes instead of 30 minutes with Internet Plus 15 by dialling *200*715#; or 2GBs instead of 750MBs with Internet Plus 20 by dialling *200*720#. Internet Plus 20 now also includes 100 Vodafone minutes, where previously only 60 where included.     

Additionally, Vodafone Prepaid customers can continue to enjoy the lowest rate in the market, at less than 45Dhs, to call 15 popular destinations including Egypt, Nepal, Philippines, Pakistan and more. Vodafone Prepaid customers can get this rate with the International 25 recharge card which they can buy from any Vodafone outlet and enjoy less than 45Dhs per minute valid for 30 days.

Furthermore, Vodafone’s weekly international pack now offers calling to 124 countries for only 45Dhs/ min, reduced from 60Dhs.  That’s a saving of 55% off standard international rates.  There is no change to the weekly cost, which remains as low as QR1 per week.

Lastly, Vodafone will continue its 4G4Good charitable giving campaign through which the company will donate QR1 to RAF Charity for every 1GB of mobile data used by its customers.
