Mowasalat’s Karwa Driving School (KDS) has launched a website on “Driving Training Services,” which the transport company in a statement described as a “new step to showcase the benefits of its advanced training facilities.”

The website also helps to highlight the specialised training courses available at the KDS, it said.

Mowasalat CEO Khalid al-Hail said the new website is in line with the development of e-media and the growing interest of large segments of the Qatari, GCC and Arab communities in this line of media activity.

Al-Hail said the KDS is enhancing its presence on the Internet and is expected to reach more driving enthusiasts in the coming days. The initiative, he hoped, would boost professional driving. He said the website represents a useful source of information for people on the KDS services.

The CEO said the contents of the website are subject to ongoing updates, to keep pace with the renewed offers and discounts related to the new training courses and programmes.

KDS director Robert Makondo said the centre is consistently engaged in updating the efficiencies in line with the Mowasalat’s strategic objectives.

He said the website has been designed to enrich the training offers and to encourage those who are interested in training drivers.

It is also expected to support the trainers theoretically, practically and to develop their training environment.

Makondo said the KDS website (www.karwadrivingschool.com) would provide a platform for all trainees and driving professionals and it will support them in developing their career. Mowasalat Corporate Affairs and Communication Manager Khalid Kafoud said the website is a demonstration of Mowasalat’s endeavours to create platforms that serves the driving activities in Qatar, the Gulf region and the Arab world.

The company official added that it involves presenting the most significant training methods, including defensive driving, safe driving, carriage of hazardous goods by roads, safe loading, certificate of professional competence, light and heavy vehicles, cranes, the latest technological methods, international accreditation, personal training programmes and training
 experts.
