Qatar Airways will be continuing its annual tradition of providing an Iftar meal box, for fasting passengers travelling during the holy month of Ramadan.
The meals, which can be chosen instead of the inflight food and beverage service, is available on board intra-Gulf Qatar Airways’ flights.
This year, the Ramadan boxes come in a uniquely designed and easy-to-carry bag, to enable those who are breaking their fast after they leave the aircraft to carry the box.
Contents include; bottled water, Arabic sweets, a vegetarian and non-vegetarian sandwich wrap, healthy snacks, a banana and a yoghurt drink.
A Qatar Airways spokesperson said: “These Ramadan boxes ensure that all of our passengers have a conveniently parcelled meal to enable them to break their fast at their convenience, whether it be on board one of our flights or later during their onward journey.”
