On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, Vodafone Qatar announced its plans for this special month that include a variety of events and services that recognise the spiritual, charitable and family aspects of the season.

Following the launch of its ‘Swalif Ramadan’, which allows prepaid customers to enjoy fabulous calling rates at 3Dhs/min, Vodafone customers will be in for a great entertainment treat with the biggest and latest Ramadan TV series via ‘Go by OSN’.

The list includes Al Kabir Season 4, Embratoreyet Meen?, Viva Attata, Tofahat Adam, Al Sayad and Sagn Al Nasa. Vodafone has partnered with ‘Go by OSN’ to give Vodafone customers access to a huge selection of movies, series and kids shows. ‘Go,’ OSN’s premium online TV, offers access to thousands of hours of online entertainment including Hollywood blockbusters, critically-acclaimed Arabic productions, award-winning TV series and popular kids content.

Subscribers can also enjoy up to 8GB of free video streaming every month with ‘Go by OSN’ from
Vodafone.

Recently, Vodafone Qatar announced its best ‘prepaid local calling’ offer ever for the holy month of Ramadan. With ‘Swalif Ramadan’, Vodafone prepaid customers can enjoy 35 minutes of calling to any Vodafone number for only QR1 a day or less than 3Dhs per minute.

Customers wishing to enjoy this offer can subscribe by dialling *200*3# from their mobile.

Vodafone customers will be able to enjoy great food recipes for a tastier Iftar from Fatafeat, the Middle East’s biggest food art channel. Customers can visit www.vodafone.qa/Ramadan or Vodafone’s social media pages to check out the new recipe of the day.

Andrei Grigorescu, commercial director, Fatafeat, said: “Fatafeat is pleased to be partnering with Vodafone Qatar this Ramadan, by providing its customers with delicious and nutritious recipes for Iftar from some of our star chefs, including Chef Mohamed Orfali, which can be enjoyed by the entire family during the holy season.”

Additionally and in line with the philanthropic spirit of the holy month, Vodafone also announced its 4G4Good charitable giving campaign through which Vodafone will donate QR1 to RAF Charity for every 1GB of mobile data used by its
customers.

Furthermore, Vodafone launched a gaming competition for all football enthusiasts called Vodafone Falla Ramadan Gaming Competition, which will be held from July 5 to July 20. The competition will take place at The Gaming Lounge located in Al-Sadd and will be open to all Vodafone and non-Vodafone customers.
