HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani yesterday received a written message from Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. The message was related to bilateral relations and issues of mutual concern. Japanese ambassador Shingo Tsuda delivered the message during a meeting with the Emir.
