Ooredoo has named Ahli Bank as its newest Nojoom partner, as the company aims to expand is customer loyalty rewards programme in 2014.

Ahli Bank customers can now redeem their ‘Pearl Points’ for Nojoom Points, and in turn, enjoy access to Nojoom’s rewards and services from more than 150 partners in Qatar and abroad.

To start redeeming, Ahli Bank customers need to fill and submit a redemption form available on the bank’s official website, call Ahli Bank’s contact centre, or visit any of Ahli Bank branches.

Each Pearl Point can be redeemed for one Nojoom Point, and as a special promotion for a month until May 20, 10,000 bonus Nojoom Points will be given as a welcome gift when applying for an Ahli Platinum credit card.

Ahmed Ali al-Mohannadi, Ooredoo Customer Experience and Segmentation director, said: “To celebrate Nojoom’s fifth birthday in 2014 we are looking for ways to give back to our customers, and partnering with popular services like those provided by Ahli Bank’s Pearl Rewards is one of the many ways we can make this happen. Nojoom has been one of Qatar’s most popular programmes for the past five years because it enables members to reward themselves, for doing day-to-day activities such as paying your bills or by using your credit card.”

Every Ooredoo customer with a Qatar ID can enroll in Nojoom and begin earning Nojoom Points each time they use an Ooredoo service or shop at any of Nojoom’s earn partners, including Geant Hypermarket, Starlink, Applebee’s, Al Nahdi, Diet Center and Edible Arrangements.
