The 30th edition of Unified GCC Traffic Week 2014 opens in Qatar tomorrow with the theme “Your Safety is Our Goal” as part of an initiative covering all the Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC) states.
The event, with participation of delegations from GCC states, will feature a host of activities. A traffic exhibition will be opened tomorrow evening at Darb El-Saai yard.
Workshops, lectures, entertainment and contests related to traffic safety as well as a seminar on the Week’s theme, honouring veterans drivers and those supporting and participating in the Traffic Week and visits to the injured in traffic accidents are also scheduled.
