Spark, a new premium lifestyle electronics retail store, yesterday opened its first outlet at the Dar Al Salam Mall in Abu Hamour and said it plans to have more branches across the country.
The store, which has been designed by a European agency, is divided into eight zones with each zone addressing a specific customer need. Spark Lifestyle Electronics is a first of its kind concept store for upscale electronics, IT, mobiles and appliances in Qatar.
Apart from tech savvy sales counselors, Spark also has dedicated customer service specialists to offer personal assistance to customers in shopping for their needs and follow up for delivery, installation of products as well as after sales service.
