The security press under the Ministry of Interior (MoI) will print cheque books for QNB in addition to handling its personalisation, storage and printing services.

The press is also to print other documents for QNB, according to a memorandum of understanding signed yesterday between MoI’s logistics
department and QNB.

Within three months’ from now, the security press also will print credit cards as well as its personalising services such as magnetic cards, EMV chips and NFC cards.

“We are looking forward to entering into similar agreements with all banks and financial institutions in Qatar,” he added.
