Prominent Indian realtor Olive Builders, which has a track record of over three decades delivering major projects across the country, is in Doha to promote four projects in Kerala.

Olive Kalista, which features 740 apartments in five towers and 11 bungalows in 8.54 acres of land, is described as one of the biggest of its kind in Kerala.
Conceived by noted landscape architect Sekar James, Olive Kalista will have a magnificent manmade lake surrounded by elements including palm trees and fountains, and a sprawling lawn and a tropical garden with fruit bearing trees and flowering plants.
The phase one of the project has been completed and the remaining phases are expected to be completed by mid-2015.
