Commercialbank customers who were chosen winners of the bank’s recent online and mobile banking campaign receive their prizes from bank executives.

Some eight lucky Commercialbank customers have been named as the winners of the bank’s recent online and mobile banking campaign.
The eight week promotion, which was open to all new and existing customers registered for Commercialbank’s online banking and mobile services, highlighted the “flexibility, security and range of banking services” that the bank’s customers have access to from their mobile phone or computers. Commercialbank’s mobile banking platform is compatible with iPad, Android and all smartphones, in addition to the iPhone, BlackBerry and mobile web.
The promotion comes as more and more customers choose to access online and mobile banking services to complete their everyday banking requirements quickly, securely and easily from the comfort of their home or office.
The eight winners of the prizes were presented with iPads by Sharon Maguire, head (digital and direct banking) at the Commercialbank Grand Hamad branch.
Maguire said: “Today’s customer is often on the move and their bank needs to provide reliable services that match their busy lifestyles. Our online and mobile banking services do just that, allowing our customers to complete their day-to-day banking at a time and place that suits them. It’s quick and easy, from making everyday payments for your phone, water and electricity bills, to local and international money
transfers.”
Applications for other products such as loans can also be processed online. Customers have the option to ‘go-green’ too by applying for online e-statements.
With Commercialbank’s “market-leading” online and mobile banking services, customers can check accounts, credit card and loan balances in real time, keep track of all account activity, transfer money between accounts, or to any other account almost anywhere in the world, pay credit cards bills, Ooredoo and Kahramaa bills, school and club fees online, order cheque books, communicate via secure e-mail services, apply for products online and check foreign
exchange rates.
Currently, Commercialbank is running another campaign to continue encouraging and rewarding all customers for
banking online.
Any customer who uses the service until May 7 to make merchant payments or third-party transfers online will automatically be eligible to win an iPad (mini).
