HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani meeting with the Deputy Minister of the Kuwaiti Emiri Diwan Affairs, Sheikh Ali Jarrah al-Sabah, yesterday. The Kuwaiti minister handed over to HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad a written message for HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani from Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmed al-Jaber al-Sabah. The message dealt with bilateral relations and issues of mutual concern.
