Nepalese Minister for Information and Communications Minendra Rijal, centre, plows the field during the paddy festival at Pokhara, about 200km west of Kathmandu. The festival falls on Asar 15 of Nepali calender, and it is marked by music, dance, and playing with mud during rice planting.
