Relatives of a policeman killed during a firefight weep as they attend a wreath-laying ceremony in Srinagar yesterday. One policeman was killed and three injured in a gun battle with militants. Police and paramilitary forces were carrying out search operations in Chanakhan village on the outskirts of Sopore town in Kashmir following a tip-off when the militants attacked them, a police official said.
