Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index gained 337.84 points (+0.39%) to 11,339.50 to continue its momentum on Sunday.
The daily turnover decreased to QR 391,79mn with a volume of 9,700,625 shares from 6,924 deals compared to QR 485.58mn with a volume of 11,325,208 shares from 7,445 deals on Thursday.
The market capitalisation increased to QR 600,126bn from QR 596.014bn registered on Thursday.
Indices of all four sectors ended in green and three sectors ended in red.
Banks and financial companies gained +0.74% to 3,062.2 points. Industrials index added +1.33 to 3,518.94 points, while telecoms index lost -0.48% to 949.45 points.
QSE Total Return index increased to +0.39% to 17,625.63. QSE Al Rayan Islamic Index rose +0.35% to 4,364.65 points and QSE All Share Index was up +0.52% to 3,028.94 points.
Of the 43 companies listed on QSE, investors exchanged shares of 41. From these 24 gained and 17 declined.
