Al-Muraikhi says the company’s solid business relations would continue with its traders based on understanding, mutual trust, and common interests.

Qatar Steel has recently hosted its “12th Annual Traders’ Gathering” to strengthen the company’s co-operation and business relations with its accredited traders in Qatar and GCC countries.
“Through our traders’ network, Qatar Steel has succeeded to consolidate its 37-year presence in the local and international markets full of growth and success. I must highly-commend the great job that you do in enhancing such presence and spreading across the markets. As a result, Qatar Steel has taken such a leading and prominent position in Steel industry,” Qatar Steel managing director and general manager Ali bin Hassan al-Muraikhi said.
According to al-Muraikhi, the event gathered a large number of local and regional traders, who were joined by Qatar Steel officials, division and department managers, as well as senior employees.
“I am hoping that such fruitful gatherings would foster the relationship existing between Qatar Steel and its traders, as well as enhancing the co-operation between both sides,” al-Muraikhi said.
He also pointed out that Qatar Steel “constantly strives” to reach higher levels of development and growth in all industrial operations to increase production and revenues, be committed to highest quality levels in the steel industry, and to achieve sustainable development in economic, social, and environment fields in compliance with the Qatar National Vision 2030.
“I am delighted at the outstanding and positive results achieved by Qatar Steel last year despite the challenges. I hope that the company’s solid business relations would continue with our traders based on understanding, mutual trust, and common interests,” al-Muraikhi added.
Qatar Steel commercial division manager Ahmed Abdul Aziz al-Ansari said, “We are proud of our trading network that covers the local and GCC markets, and we hope such gatherings with our traders would give a strong impetus to our business relations and enable us to boost our communications with them by discussing various aspects of work and getting to better know the market and customers’ requirements.”
Al-Ansari added that Qatar Steel “strives to cater to the needs” of local and regional markets and to meet increasing demand for high-quality steel rebar products of the building and constructions sector, including infrastructure projects in Qatar and other GCC countries.
“Qatar Steel is always keen to gain the customer satisfaction and meet their expectations by providing high-quality products and superior standards in after sales services,” he added.
