Nepalese film Love You Baba was screened at the Global Cinema Hall recently. Directed by the world’s youngest director, Saugat Bista, the film was first released in December 2014 in Kathmandu. Actors from the film, its producer and director joined about 250 people to watch the film, which deals with a father-daughter relationship, and their struggle in the absence of the mother. Sanju Thapa came all the way from Al Khor to watch the film. She said she has two daughters in Nepal living with their father and could relate to the story very well. Subash Thapa, another audience member, said he has two daughters and could relate to the story very well. Producer Samjhana Pokharel said even though the film flopped at the box office, those who have seen it have had positive feedback.
