A policeman was killed when his motorcycle was hit by a passenger bus along the national highway in Los Banos town, Laguna province on Friday.
Reports from Camp Crame identified the victim as PO3 Wally Reyes, who was detailed at the Victoria Municipal Police Station in Tarlac.
Investigations showed that the Yutong Bus driven by Leo Derillo tried to overtake another vehicle but collided with the motorcycle in Barangay Maahas.
The victim was rushed to the Los Banos Hospital and Medical Centre, where he died due to severe injuries.
