Azeem Abbas and Mujeeb-ur-Rehman Muqadas are seen with guests at the launch of the academy

A group of Indian expatriates have launched a music academy which will hold classes where students will be taught by senior singers.
The founder-organiser of the Indian Musical Talent Academy (IMTA) is Doha-based vocalist Mujeeb-ur-Rehman Muqadas.
Among other members are Mirza Haleem Baig, Jaweed Ahmed Khan, Wajahat Ullah Ansari and Syed A Haleem.
“The purpose behind this organisation is to provide a platform to aspiring singers to polish their skills,” said Rajiv Saksena, the driving force behind IMTA.
Indian businessman Azeem Abbas was the chief guest at the launch ceremony. Among others present were Pradeep Mathur, Arvind Mathur, Anurag Chaturvedi, Hareesh Kanjani, Moodi Shroff and Sanaullah A Rahman. - Ashraf Siddiqui
