US-based Taco Inc, described as the world leader in hydronic systems, together with their sole distributor, Central Air-conditioning and Trading Services (CAT), celebrated their eighth successful year in Qatar.
A dinner reception was hosted for clients, customers, consultants, and well-wishers. Taco provides hydronic systems for residential and commercial building applications.
These are widely used in Qatar for HVAC industry to support climate control in highrise buildings, shopping malls, and residential projects.
‘Taco Green’ is the company’s commitment to the Green Building initiative, designed to have economic, health and community benefits.
Rick DeMars, international sales manager, Taco Inc, explained the company’s future plans for Qatar. Taco has provided equipment and technology to major district cooling projects in Qatar such as the Qatar Foundation central plant 7, Msheireb project, New Doha International Airport central plants 13 and 60, St Regis Hotel, Onaita Car Park, Al Wakrah Hospital, Onaita Car Park, World Trade Centre.
CAT is part of the Al Malki Group companies. Mutasim al-Ghadir, general manager, CAT, reiterated his commitment to the construction industry to bring in latest technology and products from Taco.
“Our service has become more customer-centric, faster and more responsive in providing solutions,” he added.
