Nizar Saidi
After more than 16 years of experience in the five star hotel industry in the Middle East and North Africa, Nizar Saidi, Chief Concierge of  La Cigale Hotel Doha-Qatar has become a member of the prestigious association Les Clefs d’Or (Golden Keys) with full pledge.
Les Clefs d’Or is an international network of all concierges around the world who work on the quality of service provided by the concierge staff in their hotels to guide, inform, and advise guests throughout their stay in the hotel.
The pinning ceremony of Nizar Saidi took place at La Cigale Hotel on October 6 under the auspices of Ibrahim Yakoot, Department of Tourism – Dubai - Director Corporate Training Development, and Holly Steil, writer for a hotel hospitality book, and in the presence of Charles Ferrer, Les Clefs d’Or UAE President, Harold Abonitalla, Les Clefs d’Or UAE Secretary General representative, with the “Qatar Concierge Society” executive committee.
