The Grand Heritage Doha Hotel
Grand Heritage Doha, which opened doors four months ago in the Aspire Zone with its instantly-recognisable Victorian architecture, is steadily developing a client base that seeks out a “refreshing alternative to a pressure-driven, city lifestyle”.
“We are gradually unveiling the ‘Grand Heritage experience’ to our clients,” managing director Jean Patrick Thiry said while explaining that the hotel takes a new approach to hospitality.
“While the focus of the industry is to follow standards by the book to meet the needs of every guest, we are concentrating on personalised service,” he said.
“Our staff handle a guest at a time, giving them time, attention and the care we believe all our guests deserve.  Our philosophy is, each individual is unique, so they must be served in a unique way.”
Managed by the Grand Heritage Hotel International, which specialises in one-of-a-kind historical properties to world-class destination resorts and owned locally by E’Emar Development & Real Estate Investment, Grand Heritage Doha was completed in April this year.
The QR385,000,000 development, located at the edge of Aspire Zone’s picturesque, green surroundings and within walking distance of Villaggio Mall  attracts a mix of clients, with Qataris making up a considerable percentage of guests.
The hotel has 136 rooms, including luxury suites, and three restaurants.
Grand Heritage Doha’s Victoria tea lounge serves over 40 different types of teas in an atmosphere managed by a professional tea master.  The hotel has a full range of recreational facilities on offer including an indoor pool, a spa and fitness facilities.
It has five meeting rooms in addition to a  Business Services Centre with two boardrooms.
