Officials of Hyatt Hotel Corporation and Msheireb shake hands after signing a partnership agreement
Msheireb Hospitality, a subsidiary of Msheireb Properties, has appointed Hyatt Hotel Corporation (HHC) to manage Park Hyatt Doha - one of the four hotels in its flagship Msheireb Downtown Doha project.
Park Hyatt Doha will be a distinctive five-star hotel, located within the heart of the business district of Msheireb Downtown, while maintaining excellent access to the airport and Doha’s other business districts.
Msheireb Downtown, the world’s first sustainable urban regeneration project, which aims to transform the old commercial and business district into the vibrant, cohesive and culturally alive city centre that it once was, will regenerate 31 hectares site in the historical heart of Doha.
The $5.5bn multi-purpose development, Msheireb also aims to change the way people live and work in an urban environment.
Through the project, Msheireb Properties is setting new standards for urban regeneration in hot and arid countries around the globe and the company hopes to accomplish the challenging vision by creating a total neighbourhood regeneration focused on sustainable
lifestyles.

Park Hyatt Doha will blend perfectly into the richness of Msheireb Downtown, offering guests a full slate of five-star amenities and unparalleled levels of personal service.
It will feature 181 rooms and suites, 1,750sqm of state-of-the-art recreation and leisure facilities, including spa and gym and more than 2,000sqm of ballroom and meeting spaces equipped with advanced audio, visual and communications technologies to conduct corporate level business gathering and meetings.
With 1,660sq m of carefully defined food and beverages outlets, Park Hyatt Doha will feature two main restaurants and a terrace lounge that will help position the hotel as the most sought-after destination in town.
