A group of children who participated in the sixth health summer camp

The Culture Programmes Department at the Supreme Council of Health (SCH) has concluded the activities of the third week of the sixth health summer camp.
The camp, which runs until July 28, hosts around 100 children aged 7-10 years and aims at informing them about health issues. It is conducted in co-operation with local public relations company Al-Dar.
Alyaa Hasan al-Kuwari, head of the Health Culture Department, said the activities of the week included a visit to Civil Defence Headquarters, where the children learned about the work of firemen, emergency evacuation and fire-fighting equipment.
The programme also included a visit to Qatar Sports Club.
The activities are conducted in co-operation with First Heath Care Department, Landmark mall, Villaggio, Civil Defence Department, Qatar Sports Club and Carrefour.
