Domestic violence victim Setara H, 24, from Afghanistan, attending a media conference in Madrid, Spain, yesterday. Setara H was discharged from Gomez Ulla Military Hospital in Madrid, where she had been admitted two months ago after her husband cut her lips, nose and ears. The victim is soon returning to Afghanistan after treatment in Madrid. Media reports state that Setara H was mutilated by her husband for not being willing to sell her jewelry to pay for his drug addiction. Reportedly she had undergone medical treatment in Turkey already.
