Ooredoo announced yesterday that its customers can now subscribe and pay for STARZ PLAY, the fastest growing on-demand video streaming service in the Mena region, via their Ooredoo accounts.
Thanks to the new feature, Ooredoo customers can pay for a weekly or monthly STARZ PLAY subscription via SMS or the STARZ PLAY app.
All post-paid customers’ weekly or monthly fees will be charged directly to their mobile bill, while pre-paid customers will have the fee deducted from their credit balance.
To start a seven-day free trial, Ooredoo customers can send ‘SUB M’ for one month or ‘SUB W’ for a one-week subscription to 92440, or visit the STARZ PLAY app.
Manar Khalifa al-Muraikhi, director of PR and Corporate Communications at Ooredoo, said: “We’ve introduced this new payment feature so that everyone in Qatar can enjoy the latest entertainment over our Supernet network. Subscription is quick and easy, and will enable 24/7 access to STARZ PLAY.”
