Ludogorets Razgrad’s forward Roman Bezjak, centre, vying with Real Madrid’s Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo during the UEFA Champions League Group B match at the Vassil Levski stadium in Sofia yesterday.  Ronaldo helped Champions League holders Real Madrid survive an early scare and come away with all three points from a 2-1 win over Ludogorets Razgrad. Ludogorets, a modest provincial club who have only been in existence for 13 years, stunned the 10-time European champions with a sixth-minute strike and threatened throughout despite Ronaldo taking a hand.  In other matches, Atletico Madrid reignited their Champions League campaign when Arda Turan struck 15 minutes from time to give last season’s beaten finalists a 1-0 win at home to Juventus and Swiss champions FC Basel beat Liverpool 1-0 with a Marco Streller goal.
