Vodafone Qatar has rolled out its first global retail store concept in Al-Aziziya area, taking its nationwide retail footprint to a total of 21 outlets.
“Our global store concept is very flexible allowing us to adapt it to the needs of the local market,” said Marc Norris, chief commercial officer of Vodafone Qatar.
“We have further plans to continue to grow our presence and roll out this concept across our other stores to ensure true differentiation,” he explained.
Vodafone’s store at Al-Aziziya boasts some unique features such as a Top 10 Table with a choice of the latest best-sellers, a Hero Product zone, and an accessory panel featuring the latest mobile and tablet accessories.
The store’s Tech Zone and consultation pods provide customers with advice and support. Vodafone’s Red customers will get served in their exclusive area and the elderly will also enjoy a more comfortable service with the specially designed consultation area that’s low in height.
For customers who require a simple service such as the purchase of recharge cards or bill payment, the dedicated express check-out points and self-service machine ensure quicker service.
