Passenger lounge opened at Abu Samra Port on trial basis

The passenger lounge at Abu Samra Port has been opened on a trial basis, in preparation to serve the visitors arriving for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) tweeted Friday.
The facility has been opened by the Ministry of Interior, represented by the Permanent Committee for the Administration of Abu Samra Port, in co-operation with Ashghal and the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy. Ashghal has also partially completed the parking for cars and buses, as these parking lots serve the passenger terminal, it was explained.
