Under the theme 'Change for Sustainability,' Qatar Charity successfully concluded its 2025 Annual Forum for field Offices which took place over five days with the participation of numerous Qatar Charity officials, as well as directors and staff from the charity's field offices around the globe. Currently, Qatar Charity operates 34 field offices and collaborates with over 500 regional partners across 70 countries worldwide.The annual forum serves as a vital platform to strengthen communication between Qatar Charity's field offices, facilitate the exchange of knowledge and best practices, and assess the overall performance of its global operations. Additionally, the forum seeks to address the challenges faced by field offices, develop the capabilities of their teams, and foster a sense of trust and commitment to humanitarian efforts.The forum featured 13 specialised workshops designed for more than 100 participants from Qatar Charity's field offices. These workshops, led by a team of experts in various sectors, covered areas including governance, external relations, field office management, partnerships, development and humanitarian operations, monitoring and evaluation, identity and communication, as well as finance and information technology. The workshops aimed to enhance operational effectiveness at field offices, improve staff skills, and drive greater efficiency within humanitarian work.The forum comes at a time when Qatar Charity's field operations have seen significant geographical expansion over the last five years. Through collaborations with more than 90 field partners across diverse regions, Qatar Charity has been able to implement a broad spectrum of humanitarian projects and programs. This growth aligns with Qatar Charity's vision of ensuring a dignified life for all through its sustained efforts. As part of its ongoing commitment, Qatar Charity continues to focus on improving the quality of its humanitarian initiatives and expanding its global impact, bringing tangible benefits to the world's most vulnerable communities.
